Should I choose Excel, Word, or PDF?

Choose Excel for calculations, Word for layout changes, and PDF for printing or visual reference.

Can I edit the PDF templates directly?

The current PDFs are print-oriented. You can annotate them in a PDF tool, but Excel or Word is better for repeated editing.

Quotation guide

What should a quotation include?

A complete quotation normally includes a quote number, issue date, validity date, seller and customer information, itemized products or services, quantities, unit prices, tax, total, and payment and delivery terms. Before the customer accepts it, clearly state the scope, exclusions, and validity period.
